EASY Slimming World Herby Rustic Potatoes 
SYN FREE




I wanted something different to the normal SW chips so made these - super yummy herby potatoes.  Easy and full of flavour! A great alternative to the normal SW chips.

YOU WILL NEED - 
10 small potatoes
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp herbs
*I used rosemary and thyme.

HOW TO - 
Cut up the potatoes into 2 or 3 bits
Put in a food bag
Sprinkle on the Salt, pepper and herbs
close bag and shake
put potatoes on baking tray
Put in the oven for 15 + mins (180 degrees)
Once starting to turn golden brown take out and serve.

Quick and easy - and SYN FREE!

I wanted something different to the normal SW chips so made these - Strangely even though they are kinda the same as Slimming world chips they were a great tasty change. Some times I guess you can just change the shape of your food and it changes the whole meal. Did for me anyway!

YOU NEED - 
10 small potatoes
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

HOW TO - 
Cut up the potatoes into 2 or 3 bits
Put on a baking tray
Sprinkle on the Salt
Sprinkle on the Pepper
Put in the oven for 15 + mins (180 degrees)
Once starting to turn golden brown take out and serve.

A great alternative to the normal SW chips.
Quick and easy - and SYN FREE!

I was craving chicken nuggets - I mean who doesn't - so though I would have a go at making my own and they were AMAZING!!!! Super easy and quick!
Also a great way to use my Healthy Extra (B).

HERE is my video on how I made them!

You will need - 
2x chicken breast - cut into chunks
1x 60g wholemeal roll - breadcrumbs (HEB)
1 egg
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper

These are AMAZING!!

EASY Slimming World BBQ Sauce SYN FREE

You will need - 
1 onion
500 g Passata
3 tbsp sweetener
4 tbsp balsamic
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp salt
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp mustard powder

How To - 
Cook your onions until transultiant.
Add the Passata to the pan + mix.
Add all the other ingredients and mix.
Bring to the boil and then simmer for 15 mins + stir.
Add all the mixture to a blender.
Blend until smooth.
add back to the pan and simmer for 5 mins.
Thats its its ready!

Use right away as a bbq sauce in dishes like Hunters Chicken, Pulled pork or BBQ pasta.
OR...
Pop in a bottle - cool - and keep in the fridge for a week.
Bag it up  - let it cool snd Freeze.

Its super yummy and can be used in so many dishes or as a syn free dipping sauce instead of something like ketchup.

Click here to see my video on how I made them! You will need - 40ml Milk or Water 1 Shaker 1tbsp Skinny Pancake mix
How to make - Add milk to shaker - add pancake mix shake leave to stand for 1-2 mins spray warm pan with frylight slowly pour mixture into pan cook on low until golden brown Flip Cook side until golden brown Serve warm with whatever takes your fancy! EASY Slimming World Rainbow Mash SYN FREE

You will need: 1/2 Swede 2 Carrots 3 Potatoes Cut up the veg into big chunks Put in a pan and cover with boiling water Simmer on a low hear for 15-20 minutes Drain out the water from the pan when veg is soft Put veg back into the pan and mash until smooth. Add some salt and pepper to taste. Mix all together Serve. This can be used as a side, instead of chips or normal potato mash or as a top to something like Shepherd's Pie or Cottage pie. EASY Slimming World Hash Browns - SYN FREE


Ingredients - 

3x potatoes
Salt and papper
Fry light

How To - 

Grate potato.
Squeeze out any water and dry on paper towel.
Add to a bowl the dry potato, salt and pepper.
Mix together.
Add fry light to a warming pan
Make a flat round shape with the mixture
Add to the warm pan (Slowly)
Cook for 5-10 mins until brown
Spry uncooked side with fry light
Slowly flip over
Cook for 5-10 mins
Once both sides browned and cooked, you can serve.

They are amazing!!!! and even better as they are Syn free.
The perfect addition to a yummers breakfast, for a little snack or an alternative to chips or potatoes.
