EASY Slimming World Herby Rustic Potatoes

I wanted something different to the normal SW chips so made these - super yummy herby potatoes. Easy and full of flavour! A great alternative to the normal SW chips.
YOU WILL NEED -
10 small potatoes
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp herbs
*I used rosemary and thyme.
HOW TO -
Cut up the potatoes into 2 or 3 bits
Put in a food bag
Sprinkle on the Salt, pepper and herbs
close bag and shake
put potatoes on baking tray
Put in the oven for 15 + mins (180 degrees)
Once starting to turn golden brown take out and serve.
Quick and easy - and SYN FREE!
