You will need -
1 onion
500 g Passata
3 tbsp sweetener
4 tbsp balsamic
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp salt
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp mustard powder
How To -
Cook your onions until transultiant.
Add the Passata to the pan + mix.
Add all the other ingredients and mix.
Bring to the boil and then simmer for 15 mins + stir.
Add all the mixture to a blender.
Blend until smooth.
add back to the pan and simmer for 5 mins.
Thats its its ready!
Use right away as a bbq sauce in dishes like Hunters Chicken, Pulled pork or BBQ pasta.
OR...
Pop in a bottle - cool - and keep in the fridge for a week.
Bag it up - let it cool snd Freeze.
Its super yummy and can be used in so many dishes or as a syn free dipping sauce instead of something like ketchup.
