Grate potato.
Squeeze out any water and dry on paper towel.
Add to a bowl the dry potato, salt and pepper.
Mix together.
Add fry light to a warming pan
Make a flat round shape with the mixture
Add to the warm pan (Slowly)
Cook for 5-10 mins until brown
Spry uncooked side with fry light
Slowly flip over
Cook for 5-10 mins
Once both sides browned and cooked, you can serve.
They are amazing!!!! and even better as they are Syn free.
The perfect addition to a yummers breakfast, for a little snack or an alternative to chips or potatoes.

It was a brilliant trip. I haven't laughed that hard in ages!

Day 1 - Thursday: Travel day and Disney Springs
We flew from Birmingham with Veuling - who were good, clean and on time, but the cabin crew were a little rude but as the flight was just an hour - it wasn't that bad.
we arrived and had the rest of the day at Disney Springs - where we shopped, and eat and chilled out ready for a crazy couple of days ahead.

We had it for 3 nights, for the 5 of us in a room that sleeps 6 (it had bunk beads x2 and 2x single beds and a good sized bath room) and it worked out as £84 each for the 3 mights. this included wifi and breakfast and transport in and out of the park. Brilliant!
After a fun afternoon at Disney Springs looking at all the amazing stuff in the stores and grabbing come food, we went back to the hotel for an early night, as we wanted to get up at the crack of dawn for our first day in the parks.
Day 2 - Friday: Magic Kingdom
Up early we went for breakfast in the hotel (which was great, tones of choice from a cooked breakfast, cereal or pastries), and then headed on the hotel bus to the Magic kingdom for our fun filled day.
Getting there early meant we walked on to Thunder mountain, and got fastpasss for it right away! That ride was amazing! We loved it!!!
Even though it was a Friday, the park was not as busy as expected so we managed to do all the rides we wanted. It was brilliant!
Sadie tried on pretty much every hat in the park and Lisa had a ho-bo style nap on a bench 1/2 way though the day while we did another ride.
It was a great day that ended in us watching the fireworks (which were lovely - not as good at the Florida one - these were more family friendly I think - not as big/loud). and leaving the park past midnight.
