EASY Slimming World Halloumi Fries - LOW SYN - Serves 4
A good way to use up some of your Healthy Extra A (HEA)
You need:
180g Reduced Fat Halloumi
2 Tbsp CornFlour OR Cornstarch
2 Tsp Peri Peri Seasoning
Friy Light
Spring Onion - chopped Thinly
Instructions:
Cut the Halloumi into thin strips - I cut 16 out of 180g
Pat Halloumi strips dry
Mix Cornflour and Seasoning together
Put each strip into the cornflour mix and cover entirely.
Spray Fry light i to LOW HEAT pan
All all the Halloumi strips to the pan and cook on low for 15 minutes turning every few minutes until golden.
Once Golden - Serve and sprinkle on the Spring onion.
Remember to syn dips if you are using them as a side.
