Easy Slimming World Chicken Base Pizza - Serves 2 - Syn free.
A good way to use up some of your Healthy Extra A (HEA)
You will need:
2 Chicken Breasts
2 Tbsp Tomato Puree
1/2 Tsp Origano
1 Shallot - Finely Chopped
1/2 Yellow Pepper
40g Reduced Fat Cheddar (HEA)
2 Mushrooms
Instructions:
- Put Chicken between 2 bits of cling film and with a rolling-pin flatten each breast out.
- Once flat put the chicken onto a baking sheet and cover each ones with a Tbsp of Tomato Puree.
- Sprinkle on some origin on to each chicken breast and cover each ones with 1/4 of your cheese.
- Now cover each bit of chicken with your chosen toppings and add your remaining cheese.
- Put in a 200 degree oven (gas mark 6) for 10 minutes (or until the chicken is cooked).
- Take out and serve.
