EASY Slimming World Jelly Sweets - LOW SYN

Serves 1-4
3 Syns for the whole batch

You will need - 
2 Sachets of Jelly Crystals - Sugar Free
2 Packets of Powdered Gelatine
1 Muller Light
1/2 Pint Boiling Water
Small Jelly Molds or Ice Cube Trays


Dissolve the Jelly crystals in the boiling water
Add the Gelatine packets and mix until totally dissolved
fill ice cube trays with 2/3's of your mixture
put into the fridge to firm up (10/15 mins)
Add muller light to remaining jelly mixture + mix
Take out ice cube trays out of fridge
Add remaining 1/3'rd of mixture (containing muller light)  to the top of the alreayd set jelly cubes.
Set in Fridge for 15+ mins
One fully set - Pop out the molds and enjoy!

Easy Slimming World Chicken Base Pizza - Serves 2 - Syn free.
A good way to use up some of your Healthy Extra A (HEA)

You will need:
2 Chicken Breasts
2 Tbsp Tomato Puree
1/2 Tsp Origano
1 Shallot - Finely Chopped
1/2 Yellow Pepper
40g Reduced Fat Cheddar (HEA)
2 Mushrooms

Instructions:
  • Put Chicken between 2 bits of cling film and with a rolling-pin flatten each breast out.
  • Once flat put the chicken onto a baking sheet and cover each ones with a Tbsp of Tomato Puree.
  • Sprinkle on some origin on to each chicken breast and cover each ones with 1/4 of your cheese.
  • Now cover each bit of chicken with your chosen toppings and add your remaining cheese.
  • Put in a 200 degree oven (gas mark 6) for 10 minutes (or until the chicken is cooked).
  • Take out and serve.

EASY Slimming World Halloumi Fries - LOW SYN - Serves 4
A good way to use up some of your Healthy Extra A (HEA)

You need:
180g Reduced Fat Halloumi
2 Tbsp CornFlour OR Cornstarch
2 Tsp Peri Peri Seasoning
Friy Light
Spring Onion - chopped Thinly

Instructions:

Cut the Halloumi into thin strips - I cut 16 out of 180g
Pat Halloumi strips dry 
Mix Cornflour and Seasoning together
Put each strip into the cornflour mix and cover entirely.
Spray Fry light i to LOW HEAT pan
All all the Halloumi strips to the pan and cook on low for 15 minutes turning every few minutes until golden.
Once Golden - Serve and sprinkle on the Spring onion.
Remember to syn dips if you are using them as a side.
