EASY Slimming World Rustic Potatoes 
SYN FREE



I wanted something different to the normal SW chips so made these - Strangely even though they are kinda the same as Slimming world chips they were a great tasty change. Some times I guess you can just change the shape of your food and it changes the whole meal. Did for me anyway!

YOU NEED - 
10 small potatoes
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

HOW TO - 
Cut up the potatoes into 2 or 3 bits
Put on a baking tray
Sprinkle on the Salt
Sprinkle on the Pepper
Put in the oven for 15 + mins (180 degrees)
Once starting to turn golden brown take out and serve.

A great alternative to the normal SW chips.
Quick and easy - and SYN FREE!

I was craving chicken nuggets - I mean who doesn't - so though I would have a go at making my own and they were AMAZING!!!! Super easy and quick!
Also a great way to use my Healthy Extra (B).

HERE is my video on how I made them!

You will need - 
2x chicken breast - cut into chunks
1x 60g wholemeal roll - breadcrumbs (HEB)
1 egg
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper

These are AMAZING!!

EASY Slimming World BBQ Sauce SYN FREE

You will need - 
1 onion
500 g Passata
3 tbsp sweetener
4 tbsp balsamic
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp salt
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp mustard powder

How To - 
Cook your onions until transultiant.
Add the Passata to the pan + mix.
Add all the other ingredients and mix.
Bring to the boil and then simmer for 15 mins + stir.
Add all the mixture to a blender.
Blend until smooth.
add back to the pan and simmer for 5 mins.
Thats its its ready!

Use right away as a bbq sauce in dishes like Hunters Chicken, Pulled pork or BBQ pasta.
OR...
Pop in a bottle - cool - and keep in the fridge for a week.
Bag it up  - let it cool snd Freeze.

Its super yummy and can be used in so many dishes or as a syn free dipping sauce instead of something like ketchup.
