EASY Slimming World Baked Halloumi Bites

EASY Slimming World Baked Halloumi Bites -  SYN FREE (HEA+B)

You need-  
180g Low fat Halloumi
1 Tsp Peri Peri Seasoning
1 Spring Onion
40g Wholemeal Bread Roll - into Breadcrumbs

How To -

Cut up the Halloumi into 16 1cm thick slices
Cut up the spring onion into small bits
crack and whist your egg in a bowl
Sprinkle your breadcrumbs on a plate and mix peri peri seasoning in
With one hand dip halloumi in egg and fully coat it
Then put to the halloumi chunk onto the breadcrumbs and with the other hand coat in breadcrumbs
Once coated put on a baking sheet.
Cover all 16 slices.
put into a low ovel (70 degrees) for 10-15 minutes - until crumbs go golden brown.
Take out, plate up and sprinkle on spring onion.
