EASY Slimming World French Toast
1/2 SYN / Serves 4

You will need -
4 Eggs
2 Tsp Cinnamon
2 (level) Tsp Sweetener
120ml Skimmed Milk
8 Slices of Wholemeal Bread (2 bits per portion)
Toppings - I used:
2 Tbsp Fat free Natural Yogurt
2 Tbsp Berries
How to -
Put eggs, Cinnamon, Milk, Sweetener into a bowl and mix.
In a warming pan, spray some frylight.
*You will have to do this in smaller batches.
Cover both sides of your slices of bread with your eggy/cinnamon mixture.
Once covered, put the pieces into the pan.
Cook each sides of the break for 2-3 minutes until brown.
Once both sides cooked and browned, its time to serve.
Cut each slice in to 2 triangles.
Put onto a place and serve with whatever toppings you like.
